Who are we?

Commset Ltd. is a family-owned company founded in 2004 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The founders of the company, Mila and Vasil, had more than 10 years of experience in the industry of plastic injection mold manufacturing and plastic injection molding at the time when Commset was created.

Over the years many highly motivated professionals joined the team and contributed to the success of the company. With the strong team that we maintain and more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Commset can guarantee high level of professionalism and the highest quality of the products and services that we offer.

What can we do?

Part Design Consultancy

Our design team works in close partnership with clients to develop initial design concepts or take existing designs and make them suitable to manufacture via the injection molding process.

Prototyping

If additional verification of a design is required we can provide you with a 3D printed part so that you can physically check its functionality.

Plastic Injection Mold Design and Production

With investment plans in place we continue to increase our capacity and capabilities, by expanding our tooling workshop with new machines and new areas allowing us to maintain the quality and precision demanded by our clients.

Plastic Injection Moulding Manufacturing

We are used to processing many different materials and have well-established partnerships with all distributors of raw plastic materials in Bulgaria allowing us to source any material from any brand.

Material that we usually process: ABS, ABS+PC, PC, PP, POM, PMMA, PA6, PA66, PS, PE, SAN, TPE, Ultem and more.

What equipment do we have?

We are situated in Sofia, Bulgaria and our production facilities occupy around 1000 square metres.

Our plastic injection molding department has injection molding machines ranging from 35 to 100 tons with a maximum shot weight of 150 grams. Most of our machines are equipped with conveyor belts, hoppers, and dryers.

Around 300 square metres of our facility is a warehouse. This allows us to keep in stock bigger quantities and provide our clients with short lead times for our plastic injection molding services.
