These TERMS and CONDITIONS govern the relationship between "COMMSET" Ltd., operating through the website: "www.commset.net", hereinafter referred to as the "Site", on the one hand, and the Users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as Users), on the other.

These terms of use of the Site contain information about the activities of "www.commset.net", regulating the relationship between us and each of our users.

(1) On the Site, Users can receive information about the services provided by "COMMSET" Ltd.
(2) The Services include a review of goods displayed on the Company's Website. If interested in purchasing a specific product, the User can request the conclusion of an individual distance purchase-sale contract.
(3) The company offers additional services, which you can find in the sections for placing an order for the production of a given product.
The services of the Site can be used without the need to register a user profile.
(1) Through the contact form on the Site, Users can send an inquiry to "COMMSET" Ltd. in the message field.
(2) Users voluntarily share their personal data in the contact form.
(3) In order to establish contact with a User, the same should provide: names, current telephone number and email address for contact.
The intellectual property rights on all materials and resources located on the Site (including the available databases) are subject to protection under the Copyright Act and related rights, belong to the Site or to the correspondingly designated person who assigned the right to use the Site and not may be used in violation of current legislation.

(2) These General Terms and Conditions may be changed in connection with the change in the nature of the relevant service/s.
When the User does not agree with the amendments to the general conditions, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason and without owing compensation or penalty. In order to exercise this right, the User should notify the Site within one month of receiving the message under the previous article.
In the event that the User does not exercise his right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the procedure set out in these general terms and conditions, it is considered that the amendment has been accepted by the User without objection.
The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria apply to all matters not settled by these General Terms and Conditions.
The parties agree that in the event that any of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, this will not result in the invalidity of other clauses or parts of the General Terms and Conditions. The invalid provision will be replaced by the mandatory norms of the law or the actual will of the parties.
All disputes between the parties shall be resolved in a spirit of understanding and goodwill. In the event that agreement is not reached, all unresolved disputes, in connection with the Site, including disputes arising out of or relating to the interpretation, invalidity, performance or termination, as well as disputes to fill gaps in the Terms and Conditions or adapt them to new circumstances, will be resolved by the competent court under current Bulgarian legislation.
